Direct replacement for all M1 Garands. Offers increased volume over the GI gas nut for reduced pressure. Plug is not vented, or adjustable. Our plug softens the blows on your op-rod and wear on the bolt lugs. Ideal for use with factory loads. Even if you only shoot your M1 once in a while make it last a second lifetime.

Made from Hardened Tool Steel & Parkerized.

To make installation of your gas plug extra simple use our new M1 Wrench Set.

Arrived early, quality plug, installed perfectly, I feel better about shooting ammo other than M2 Ball now without stressing the op rod. Can't wait to try it out at the range and appreciate the enclosed window sticker. Thank you very much.

Wanted to be able to shoot factory 30/06 in my Garand. This product works great. Tried it on 30/06 and 308 Garands. Easy install, does exactly as advertised. I recommend for all Garand shooters.

The gas plug is manufactured to high standards. Arrive on timely and there are no issues with it fit or form.
However, I bought to use modern factory ammo and the M1 does not cycle with this plug (the guns' bolt moves about 1/4 travel).
Great addition !

Installed easily. Nice to be able to shoot after-market ammo without fear of damage to my Pre-WW ll weapon !

This item worked very well with no issues at all. It came with a black finish of some type, but was described as parkerized. I would have preferred the parkerized finish. The picture does show the black finish. It does work very well though.

Only had to the chance to run about 3 clips worth of POF 69 Ball with this plug, and and few commercial hunting 150s. But it's been 100% thus far, and looks great!
